Project: Party Plot for Mr. Ramesh Patel
Location: Kuha,Gujarat
Area : Plot Area: 1,75,000 sq ft
Concept: Large lawn area divided as per function’s capacity to control maintenance and to give a cozy comfort zone to every and different type of events.
Challenges: Entrance is the heart of any party plot. To balance entrance scale and proportion which fall on a wide national highway and to maintain the visibility is the biggest challenge we managed by making wide open space to enter the plot.
